Staff services
Assigning which services each staffer performs makes booking accurate: customers can request a specific person, and the calendar only offers that person for treatments they're qualified to do. No more a junior being booked for a service they can't deliver.
How to set it up

Open a staff member
In Staff, open the person you want to configure.

Select their services
Tick the treatments this person performs.

Save
Online booking now only offers this staffer for those services.

Repeat across the team
Set each person's skills so routing is correct salon-wide.
Good to know
- Customers can book a specific person they trust.
- Availability is limited to qualified staff automatically.
- Update skills as your team trains up on new treatments.
